Pathwork is a spiritual journey of self-facing, meditation and opening to the higher self within.

Pathwork sessions blend psychology and spirituality. They aim to explore and ultimately transform the lower self or shadow side of human nature. They can include discussion of concepts, exploration and expression of emotions, meditations and sacred rituals to deepen spiritual connection in a way that is meaningful to you.

The Pathwork may be studied by reading Pathwork Lectures (there are 248 lectures) (https://pathwork.org/the-lectures/), by doing individual sessions with a Pathwork Helper, by attending study groups, workshops or classes with others who are also seeking personal and spiritual transformation.
